Product Description:
Metallized copper on polymeric substrate, PET is an alternative to the conventional copper foil laminates. Metallized copper film has weight advantages and gives greater processing flexibility for design and manufacture of your next product generation in a wide scope of applications; such as wearable Sensors, battery systems / anodes, antennas, devices electronic for EMI.
In order to meet the requirements, ENGICCS can deliver customized requirements along with our standard copper metallized PET film.
PMMA Materials
General Properties:
- A proprietary system for manufacturing metallized copper film uses the vacuum roll-to-roll process (induction heating).
- PET thickness: 6 – 150µm
- copper thickness: 10 nm – 400 nm
(optional: top coat for mechanical protection) - Low cost alternative, excellent polymer metal – polymer adhesion, customization
- PETchoice of base film, thickness, width and length can be provided.
